Apple Jelly, for the crackers. Sometimes you get cheese, peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, other types of Jelly, steak sauce, or jalapeno ketchup.
You either get coffee, lemon tea drink mix, or spiced apple cider, in this.There's also 'seasoning'(Salt, pepper, seasoning salt, tabasco sauce, sugar, etc.), matches, toilet paper, gum, and a moist towelette.

I've had some MREs before. They're okay sometimes. Depending on whats in em.
Whenever I've seen these things for sale they're always ridiculously priced and I've heard a lot of them are pig disgusting.Although I still kinda wanna get a few just for curiosity's sake and they seem super useful since you pretty much don't need anything but like a bit of water or something to cook them.How long are they good for?

My own personal experience with MRE's is that after prolonged periods of eating these products will induce constipation due to the abnormal ridiculous amounts of sodium and other aditives ie; food perservatives contained in each meal are enough to block a elephants colon. nuff said
